25th anniversary of EFR GmbH
EFR celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2018.
Since its foundation in Berlin in 1993, the company has developed from a system operator of the long-wave broadcasting system and service provider for energy management in Germany and Central Europe to a supplier of innovative smart grid / metering and M2M solutions based on a generic, secure device platform.
The product portfolio includes all components for unidirectional and bidirectional complete solutions; from hardware for system usage to operation and application software to contract offerings for communication channels.
One main focus in the German market lies in the field of metering point operation. EFR offers a comprehensive and coordinated FNN and BSI compliant full range of modern measuring equipment, control boxes and smart meter gateways.
