General information for metering point operators

With its background as a system provider of all components of the iMS and more than 30 years of experience in the field of control, EFR offers a full-service package for metering point operators that includes not only the device technology (base meter, smart meter gateway, control box)
and all relevant backend components (GWA, aEMT, pEMT, etc.) as a SaaS solution from a single source.

As part of a pilot system, EFR provides fully assembled and configured iMS including control boxes and all necessary services for feed-in management according to §9 EEG and taxes according to §14a EnWG for 6 months.

A transfer to live operation is possible at any time.

Information for users of our long-wave broadcasting system

EFR offers a very low-threshold service for grid operators to enable the expansion and migration of feed-in management and control based on radio ripple control towards iMS. In addition to the components of the iMS (base meter, smart meter gateway, control box), EFR also provides all relevant backend components (GWA, aEMT, pEMT, etc.) as a SaaS solution from a single source.

In the first step, the network operators can even continue to operate the established network control interfaces
(IEC 60870-5-104) or the upstream systems seamlessly; the control signals are then sent as required via the radio ripple control infrastructure as before or directly to a system connected to a control box via iMS.
