The broadband powerline repeater (SGC-BPL-RE) extends the range and improves the signal quality in the powerline network.
It receives transmitted data packets, amplifies them, and forwards them to the next station.
This enables stable, broadband data transmission even over long distances or in network structures with poor signal quality.
They provide useful information about voltage values.
The BPL repeater extends the range and stability of data transmission in the powerline communication network by receiving, processing, and amplifying signals between remote network segments.
It ensures reliable communication even across complex network structures, thus guaranteeing the continuous availability of all connected BPL components.
As a powerful link between the BPL 1TE modem and the BPL headend, the repeater contributes significantly to comprehensive connectivity, high data quality, and robust system availability.
Optionally, the repeaters record the voltage of all three connected phases as well as information on voltage quality (harmonics) and transmit this in high resolution via the BPL headend to the backend system.
